COVID-19

If you are having a procedure at our center, please follow this protocol:

1. Upon arrival for any scheduled procedure, a COVID-19 Rapid Test will be completed. 
2. Once you have arrived in the parking lot, please call 818-500-0523 and let the patient care coordinator you are checking in.
3. A staff member will meet you in the parking lot to complete your COVID-19 screening and rapid testing.   
4. The following questionnaire will be completed: GSC COVID Questionnaire
5. A nasal swab will be placed in your nose.  This is the COVID-19 test.  The test takes about 15 minutes to analyze.  Please remain in your vehicle during this time.
6. If you test positive for COVID-19, your procedure will be rescheduled. Your physician/surgeon will be notified and they will contact you with rescheduling details.
7. If your test is negative, you will be able to enter the building and complete the rest of the preoperative process.

Please note: for all cash pay procedures, the COVID-19 Test is offered at $125.
